12 March 2008 Sophie Koh - Objects In This Mirror

Some say Sophie's Koh first single 'Objects In This Mirror' (from her forthcoming second album 'All Shook Up') is a departure, a change in direction, but it’s actually a realization. This track is the sound of Melbourne musician Sophie Koh putting 'All The Pretty Boys' behind her and becoming the artist that she always promised she'd be.

Dark, atmospheric and barely a guitar in sight, 'Objects In This Mirror' is the synergy of Sophie's pure vocals and the production of maestro J Walker (The Whitlams, Paul and Dan Kelly, Clare Bowditch, Dave Graney, Machine Translations).

Sophie will be touring to support the single through april and may. 'Objects In This Mirror' will be available on iTunes from mid-April.
'Sophie Koh was all over the radio in 2005 with songs like “Anywhere' and 'Fall Into Space'. She graced the charts with her version of 'Charlie' (Split Enz) on the 'She Will Have Her Way' comp, and supported everyone from The Go-Betweens (on their final ever tour), to Eels and Paul Kelly.
